Present: TM, RL, JE
STUMP
TM reported that he added additional copyright notices to (Web)STUMP per Savannah's request and resubmitted the packages.
Publicity
JE reported that he will be submitting the final version of his 2020 openSUSE + LibreOffice Virtual Conference talk today; the slides and notes are on the wiki.
TM gave notice that the Board should discuss publicity efforts at the next meeting.
Moderation
JE reported that he hasn't yet e-mailed Dario Niedermann about comp.os.linux.announce but will do so soon.
RL reported on the automated forgery warnings that we had been receiving for the Big-8 newsgroup list. RL had temporarily disabled cronjob that issues these warnings but will re-enable it to see if the problem was transient. It is probably a problem with the articles themselves that are triggering the forgery warnings. The Board itself doesn't post these articles, so our forgery checker may be correct to complain, though it is wrong for it to be sending us multiple notifications for the same article. RL will investigate the cause of the multiple notifications.
RL reported that comp.ai submissions should work correctly now and will add TM as the moderator. It remains for TM to install a signing key for the approved articles.
