    • Still waiting for Greg Pfeil to confirm that he's now set up to send approved posts to this group.

    • MM reviewed the Board's past correspondence with the moderator and contacted him to discuss some options and to draw his attention to the NNTP gateway functionality of Mailman 3. No response yet.
  • rec.radio.broadcasting
    • No response yet from the volunteer moderator.

    • MM still to prepare an MVI post for review by RL and TM.
  • news.newusers.questions and news.announce.newusers
    • RL circulated drafts of the periodic postings. MM replied with his comments. TM is still in the process of reviewing the drafts and will send some suggested revisions.

  • TM: No update yet on GPG signing best practices on Savannah
  • Thunderbird 128 contact deferred given Julien's comments on INN.
  • TM still to respond to Julien.
  • RL has not yet had a chance to examine the NGI application forms but will do so, time permitting.
  • TM identified another possibly relevant funding program: Sovereign Tech Fund. Agreed that we would all read up on this.
• Misc
  • TUGboat article: TM converted RL's draft to LaTeX, using the TUGboat style, and posted this to Overleaf for further revision.
  • Paul Schleck proposals: Nobody yet had time to consider these. TM to send Paul an interim reply indicating that they're under consideration.
  • DigiCAM25 submission: We are still expecting a notification on our panel proposal by the end of August.
  • Response from Bill Horne to RL's message wishing him a good recovery.
