HISTORY:

The newsgroups comp.org.eff.news (moderated) and comp.org.eff.talk

1990. In July 1992, they were moved into the regular Big 7
distribution. The moderated group was active for roughly 7 years, and
has been mostly inactive for the past 9 years.
