RATIONALE: remove comp.terminals-reorg comp.terminals.bitgraph has not had any on-topic messages in the past 11 months. The terminal may be discussed in comp.terminals. comp.terminals.tty5620 has had 3 sales related message in the past 11 months, though they appear to be more relate to the 3B2 than the terminal. The terminal may be discussed in comp.terminals. This RFD is part of a proposal to remove 31 low-traffic former-INET groups.
