RATIONALE: remove comp.sys.ti.explorer comp.sys.ti.explorer has had one on-topic message in the past 11 months. Anything specific to the TI Explorer can be posted to comp.sys.ti. This RFD is part of a proposal to remove 31 low-traffic former-INET groups.
