issues. Asked him to try posting an article manually via telnet to verify that the news server is accepting posts. If so, will refer him to RL and Paul Schleck for further advice, as I've exhausted my own ideas.

- LibrePlanet 2023 call for sessions has been extended to 23 November. RL to determine whether it's feasible for him to prepare a session proposal and the talk itself, as TM will be too busy to be involved much in the writing. (TM still available to help present if desired.)
- TM will be away on 2 December, so agreed to cancel the Board meeting for that day.
