  • Administration
  • Infrastructure
    • Mail server
      • RL still to look into some NGP submission notifications still going to our Junk folder.
      • RL still to work on getting the webmail and admin front-ends working again.
  • Software
    • PyModerator: RL has been continuing to work on this. The software now basically works, and RL has identified some (pre-existing) bugs and areas for improvement.
    • TM has received information from his employer's research office regarding employing student assistants with OTF IFF funding. He will review this soon.
    • TM has now received coarse-grained availability information from everyone. He will send around a poll for a meeting soon.
  • Publicity
    • The meeting discussed plans for a panel at Born-Digital Collections, Archives and Memory. Agreed that TM would draft abstracts for two presentations (one tentatively introducing Usenet and why it is important to preserve/study, and another focussing on the technical/scholarly/legal/ethical challenges in using Usenet data) and send them to RL for revision/discussion. TM received a positive response from Avery Dame-Griff as a third presenter for the panel.
