Johan van Selst (johans at stack.nl) sent mail stating that courtesan.com
is Todd Miller's domain; he can be reached at Todd.Miller at courtesan.com.
Johan is willing to take over moderation.

  Perceived shortcomings of both offers:
  - No concept for revival of group.
  - No details about technical infrastructure.
  - Moderation team too small.
  - No policy for replacement of inactive members.
