- TM: Issues with the news.groups.proposals submission notifications have been fixed; Jonathan Kamens has arranged for these to be sent to the ngp-mods Google Group.
- Administration
- JE: Should we continue to direct discussions of RFDs to news.groups.proposals (moderated), or should we instead direct them to the unmoderated news.groups?
- The meeting discussed the matter and decided to keep the existing procedures in place for the time being.
- JE: RFD for comp.infosystems.gemini
- The meeting reviewed the discussion arising from the RFD and unanimously voted to create the group.
- JE to inform Todd McComb and Russ Allbery and to post an announcement to news.announce.newgroups once they confirm that it's timely to do so
- TM to update the wiki archive and news page with the RFD documents
