STUMP
- JE - Began working on updating STUMP/WebSTUMP documentation. The documentation needs some discussion.
- JE - Working on re-editing the Moderation Handbook written by Kent Landfield with his permission.
- JE - Contact Todd and Russ about a newsgroup for moderation testing.
- RL - Merging fixes for STUMP. C Binary file no longer needed.
