- Ivo Gandolfo has set up his moderation system and confirmed that Russ Allbery will be a second moderator. TM notified the ISC of the changed in moderator and received confirmation from Todd McComb. TM asked Ivo whether the Board can post an announcement and is awaiting a response.

- Edward McGuire has arranged for the change of moderator to be registered with the ISC and posted an announcement of the new moderator to comp.programming.literate . With his consent, TM posted a similar announcement to the usual news.* groups.

- The Board received an e-mail from Greg Pfeil, who reports on his own work on improving STUMP and asking about contributing or taking over maintenance.
- TM to respond to Greg Pfeil with a view to coordinating work among the various parties who have volunteered and possibly moving forward on plans for funding.
