    • RL to inform ISC of new submission address.

    • Last contact from Dan Mahoney on 2024-10-26. Agreed to defer consideration a while longer.
  • rec.radio.broadcasting
    • Last contact from Jay Henning on 2024-10-31. RL wrote to him on 2024-12-04 requesting an update, but received no response. RL wrote again on 2024-12-16 asking him to reply before 2024-12-20 to let us know his intentions. Still no response. Agreed that the Board would now move to another vote, following another LCC that TM will post.

    • Anthony has posted an announcement of his own to the group. TM to close MVI.

    • On 2024-12-08 Terje wrote to the other two volunteers, offering to keep the approval address on his server. Awaiting further details. RL to write to Terje and the volunteers to ask for an update.

    • The group's signing key uses the e-mail address ngp-approval-key@ngp.big-8.org. Agreed to leave this as-is for now, as this is just an identifier. We can later consider adding a new identity with a new address, and/or upgrading to a GPGv2 key.

    • TM still to prepare a group removal RFD.
  • Moderated groups without moderators
    • TM to circulate a new draft of the RFD incorporating the recent comments. MM and RL to review and send confirmation, after which TM will post the RFD.

    • TM has written to Tim Skirvin to ask if he is still interested in moderating the group. No response yet.

    • MM informed ISC about new submission address; still awaiting confirmation.

  • Status of cron jobs for offsite backups: No further update from RL.
