The proposal to remove the Usenet newsgroup comp.os.rsts is withdrawn.

The discussion clearly demonstrated that the articles posted to
comp.os.rsts were being posted to the group and being read in the group,
and that any cross-posting to other PDP-related or DEC-related groups
was incidental to the RSTS discussion which was focused in comp.os.rsts.
